Symptoms

When attempting to move a few Business objects from draft to complete state, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

Looking into unifier.log , can see below error :

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the Unifier
2. Go to the uDesigner node
3. Select BP
4. Select a BP, which is in Draft state.
5. Go to Status and try marking it as complete.
6. Getting below error: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
