ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Scheduled Reports not working

Users have created some custom reports and scheduled those reports but the scheduled execution did not work as expected. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create custom report
2. schedule report to run
3. report does not run when when date is scheduled
