Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Billing run date next (ACC_DDT_RUN_DT_NEXT) population until 14.12 used to happen based on APP_PREBILL_DAYS field - which was derived from the contracts setup.

However this field ACC_PREBILL_DAYS_CUR is not derived from contracts setup or anywhere else in the migration packages. Neither is it a part of the migration file, api_acc_111.dat.
This means it is always defaulted to 0.Which leads to ACC_DDT_RUN_DT_NEXT being populated as SAME as ACC_DUE_DT_NEXT , which does not make sense functionally.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For migration, ACC_DDT_RUN_DT_NEXT should be derived from contracts setup using ACC_PREBILL_DAYS_CUR column and not from new field in API_ACCOUNTS table, ACC_PREBILL_DAYS_CUR.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate loan account data using api_acc_111.dat file.
2. Verify ACC_DDT_RUN_DT_NEXT should be derived from contracts setup using ACC_PREBILL_DAYS_CUR column and not from new field in API_ACCOUNTS table,
3. Currently ACC_PREBILL_DAYS_CUR is always defaulted to 0.Which leads to ACC_DDT_RUN_DT_NEXT being populated as SAME as ACC_DUE_DT_NEXT , which does not make sense functionally.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot ACC_DDT_RUN_DT_NEXT populated with valid data during migration.
