Customer Details Not Visible For Mexican PCs

Symptoms
Customer details are not displayed when the computer is in Mexico timezone.
Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Create an alert posting a message.
Step2: Change the system time zone to Mexico time.
Step3: Refresh the UI alert screen.
Step4: open the alerts and check the candidate details.
Actual Behavior:
Candidate details are not shown when the alert is generated in other time zones.
Expected Behavior:
Candidate details to be shown to all in alert summary screen irrespective of system time zone.
