Exporting an Excel Template Throws a Unifier Notification: The System Cannot Process Your Request... Exception Found In Log Files (Doc ID 2890919.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier: Version 21.12.7

When attempting to export an Excel Template used to import/create data by way of import:

Expected Result

The Template should export without incident.

Actual Result

The following Unifier Notification pops up:

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

Additionally the following string can be found in the Unifier Log files:

...[root] java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class
org.openxmlformats.schemas.spreadsheetml.x2006.main.CTWorkbook...

-or-

...java.lang.ClassCastException:
org.apache.xmlbeans.impl.schema.SchemaTypeSystemImpl cannot be cast to
org.apache.xmlbeans.SchemaTypeLoader...
