Symptoms
When Moving An ECO Change Workflow Status From Hold to Cancel Receive Error: Node 0 Does Not Exist In The Cache. It May Have Been Deleted Already
Error
Node 0 does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agile Web Client
2. Navigate to ECO Change and move workflow status from Hold to Cancel
3. Receive Error: Node 0 Does Not Exist In The Cache. It May Have Been Deleted Already
