Start Finish Time Moves 1 Minute Forward After Importing And Scheduling A Project (Doc ID 2891078.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After importing a project and creating a baseline by copying the current project, the activity Dates (e.g. Start=08:01 vs. BL1 Start=08:00) show the 1min variance.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The date/time remain exactly the same between the project and its baseline when the baseline is created by copying the current project.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Professional.
  2. Import a XER to create a new project.
  3. Create a baseline by copying the current project.
  4. Assign the baseline as Project and Primary Baseline.
  5. Open this project.
  6. Add Start, BL1 Start to the columns.
  7. It is observed that the Start and BL1 Start have 1min variance.
