[v20 PROD] Functions Not Calculating On Some New Items (Doc ID 2891223.1)

Symptoms

On : 20.0 version, General

some of new items have been created and no functions have calculated on these items.

The Prosight log files shows multiple "cant push dependencies for cell" errors around the time of the item creation, for example:

cant push dependencies for cell (377,137672)

  at ProSight.Portfolios.FunctionEngine.FunctionDispatcher.psFnDispatcherImmediate.pushDependencies(IEnumerator iCells, Int32 iNoOfCells)

The error is stating "Item: 137672 does not exist", but on checking the database it is present.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OPPM
2.Observe that out of a total of 41 new items, 4 new items have been created and no functions have calculated on these 4 items.

The Prosight log files shows multiple "cant push dependencies for cell" errors around the time of the item creation, for example:
cant push dependencies for cell (377,137672)
