Upgrade Argus 8.2.3.1

Question 1:

In the What's new document associated with this release, reference is made to the new EDQM terms (https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/health-sciences/argus-safety/8.2.3.1/aeoas/usage-edqm-routes-administration-roa-and-dose-forms-df.html)

Reference is made to some fields in the EMA profile that will be updated to properly allow EDQM management.

Question 1:

if the customer is using a custom profile (updated based on the EMA template): are the customizations retained in the updated version of Argus?

Since the EMA template profile and not the custom profile will be changed, how is it recommended that all customizations are retained?
 
Question 2:

When upgrading from 8.2.04 to 8.2.3.1, are all the improvements made in the following major versions included?

8.2.1
8.2.2
8.2.3
