Number Format is Changed to Scientific When Export Lineitem to Excel (Doc ID 2891437.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Export line item template as Excel format in Payment Application and Requests for Bid Business Process (BP), the number Format is saved as Text and even shown as Scientific if the number is long. The number format should not changed. For e.g, "1.234E11"
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Export line item template as Excel format in Payment Application and Requests for Bid Business Process (BP).
  2. Open the exported template, check the value for column "Unit Price", it's showing as "1.234E11".
  3. User need to change the value of "Amount this Period*" , this is the only value customer need to change.
  4. But , after user put in the value for "Amount this Period*", users can't import the CSV back since some columns showing the value as Scientific format.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Export the line item template should show the values as text format since users need to import the lines back.
