SIP Session For a Specific Call Flow Not Being Released (Doc ID 2892011.1)

In an OCCAS 7.1 domain, Heap size keep growing on all engines. Via session monitoring, it's found there are some unreleased sessions indeed.
After analyzing further, it's found the unreleased sessions all are from the regular registration of "Google Smart Speaker".
Some registration messages from Google Smart Speaker didn't get responses immediately.
All registration messages from other devices get response immediately.
Why this behavior and how to fix it?
