Duplicated Affected Items Are Added to QCR/CAPA (Doc ID 2892025.1)

Actual Behavior

Duplicated Affected Items with the same revision are added to QCR (Quality Change Requests)/CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

Expected Behavior

No duplicated affected items with the same revision added to QCR/CAPA


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Web Client, and Create New > Quality Change Requests > Corrective and Preventive Actions
  2. Make sure QCR Number is filled in, and Save
  3. Go to Affected Items tab, and Add. Search for the Part (i.e. P00001), and select the part. See the Part is added to Affected Items tab
  4. Add, and search for the same part added in step 1, and select the part
  5. See the same item with the same Item Number and Item Rev is added to the Affected Items tab without any error.
