ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Oracle 12.2.9 and above, for orders with ship sets, the Scheduled Arrival Date won't change when Schedule Ship Date changes for all lines in the ship set. The Scheduled Arrival Date frequently shows a date before the schedule ship date. This is for order date type = Arrival.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Schedule Arrival Date to reflect correct date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Run custom program (use process order API) to reschedule order line in ship set
3. Scheduled Arrival Date won't change when Schedule Ship Date changes for all lines in the ship set.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get correct schedule arrival date.

 This is occurring after the upgrade from 11i to 12.2.10.
