Imsimta Qm Core Dumps -- Command-line History Code (Doc ID 2892166.1)

Symptoms

This issue is seen with both of the following versions of Messaging Server:

Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.1.0.19.20220711 64bit (built Jul 11 2022)
Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.1.0.18.20220407 64bit (built Apr  7 2022)

The "imsimta qm" command core dumps with a Segmentation Fault.

This issue can be duplicated easily with the following steps:

1. As the mail user, do "imsimta qm"
2. At the "qm.maint>" prompt, just press <return>
