402000635 Error While Validating The HL7 Message Against The XSD Appears When Viewing PMDA E2B (Doc ID 2892479.1)

Symptoms

The following error displays when viewing PMDA E2B (R3).

ICSR Viewer Error Dialog

Error No:402000635
Description: Error while validating the HL7 message against the XSD, refer ERROR_LOG for more details.


The following error is displayed in the Argusvr2.log when viewing PMDA E2B (R3) with the error above.

Reg Rpt ID: xxx ESM Rpt ID: xxx: HL7 ICSR XSD Validation Error : The 'assigningAuthorityName' attribute is invalid
- The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'urn:hl7-org:v3:st' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

Steps:

  1. Open the case which has the Japan license
  2. Go to regulatory report tab
  3. Schedule PMDA E2B (R3)
  4. Save the case
  5. Click the draft link
