Symptoms
After upgrading from Agile Advantage (AA06) to Agile 9.3.6 RUP 19, the above error is present when selecting any record (item or change)
Open objects, search for objects, create objects displays error.

Unable to Save your changes. You have one error.
Java Client - Admin shows that:
The Discover, Read and Modify privileges are greyed out for most of the classes.
Also many Classes and Subclasses are greyed out.
