OPA Entities Created During Interview Return 'Update' Action instead of 'Create' in Paylod (Doc ID 2892774.1)

Symptoms

During Interview submission the xml of a Save payload request OPA Connector all the entities that need to be saved come with attribute ‘action’ of ‘Update’.

However, according to documentation Customize and extend Intelligent Advisor>Connector framework?>WSDL Reference> Data service>RowAction, it should be returned with attribute 'action' of 'Create'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute Interview
2. OPA Load Operation create one entity
3. Submit interview
4. It should submit the data created
5. All other entities created during interview comes back with "Update" Action instead of "Create"
