Symptoms

RIB SIM messages are failing with a Service look-up issue.

ERROR
-----------------------

1. Caused by: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: User failed to be authenticated. at weblogic.jndi.internal.ExceptionTranslator.toNamingException(ExceptionTranslator.java:46) ~[com.oracle.weblogic.jndi.jar:12.2.1.4] at weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactor

2. Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: t3s://:: Destination , unreachable.; nested exception is:
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: General SSLEngine problem; No available router to destination.; nested exception is:
java.rmi.ConnectException: No available router to destination.
