HDR Missing Exception Codes In Responses For IMP, In AcknowledgementDetailV6.xml For SYN103 (Doc ID 2893405.1)

Oracle Healthcare Data Repository - Version 8.1.3 and later

When codes are not in ETS, HDR IMP is not returning the expected SYN103. HDR appears to throw HTBERR – generic “HDR_MS_UNEXPECTED_EXCEPTION” – which
is what’s used for just about everything, along with a full stack trace. The HDR response should contain the code "SYN103", as detailed in AcknowledgementDetailV6.xml.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send a message via IMP using a code that is not in ETS.
2. Exception error “HDR_MS_UNEXPECTED_EXCEPTION” generated.
3. The HDR response does not contain the code "SYN103", as detailed in AcknowledgementDetailV6.xml
