Symptoms
After upgrading to OFSAA 8.1.2, in Data Entry Forms and Queries (DEFQ) > Data Entry, certain forms do not load in the Grid layout. Some forms do load successfully but for certain forms, the screen remains blank.
There are no errors in the related logs.
You expect all Data Entry forms in the list to load.
