Goal

We have customers that only need circuits part of the year. Instead of disconnecting these circuits, we would like to only suspend them for the period of time customers do not need the circuits versus having to suspend their entire customer account(s). Is there a way (preference/setting) to suspend a single circuit product or service item on a customer account versus having to suspend the entire customer account?
