Symptoms

When attempting to verify connection to P6ProCloudConnect with //<appserver>:<port>/p6ProCloudConnect/checkbasichealth, the browser reports the following error:

500 Internal Server Error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Browser page.
  2. Access URL: //<app server>:<port>/p6procloudconnect/checkbasichealth.
  3. Observe the reported error.
