Retrigger Can Not Get The JDBC Connection Pool (Doc ID 2895087.1)

Goal

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: When we have Active and Passive nodes for TF
Step2: When active node is in running state, Please start the passive node
Step3: The failed messages will retrigger automatically

Actual Behavior:
When retriggered, the standard messages is processed, we are getting JDBC connection pool issues

Expected Behavior:
When retriggered, the standard messages should not give any error and process successfully

Issue Encountered:
