Getting Multiple TROUBLE_CALLBACKS Related Errors in the IVRAdapter Log (Doc ID 2895106.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.1.0 version, Adapters

IVRAdapter errors

Found a couple records in table TROUBLE_CALLS had CALL_STATUS E for Error.   Then reviewed the IVRAdapter log and found the following for the calls, but it's not clear what the problem is.

08/15/22 17:13:34: IVRAdapter 0x7f0c1f690700,ctp=0x21a5628,"IVRInterface::TroubleCallHandler" Trouble Call for ID: 000763584391 was NOT PROCESSED
08/15/22 17:13:34: IVRAdapter 0x7f0c1f690700,ctp=0x21a5628,"IVRInterface::TroubleCallHandler" Returned callId was null, skipping
08/15/22 17:20:37: IVRAdapter 0x7f0c1f690700,ctp=0x21a5628,"IVRInterface::TroubleCallHandler" Trouble Call for ID: 000763584209 was NOT PROCESSED
08/15/22 17:20:37: IVRAdapter 0x7f0c1f690700,ctp=0x21a5628,"IVRInterface::TroubleCallHandler" Returned callId was null, skipping
