Configuration Item Label Getting Reset on Entity Reference & De reference (Doc ID 2895455.1)

Symptoms

Configuration Item (CI) display name is reset when performing Unassign - Assign OR Dereference - Reference operation on the same config item.

For Example: Consider a CI named PE_CI & a resource is referenced to it with a device and its label is changed to PE_CI_Change.
If we create a new SCV and change the device(Unreference existing and reference a new device) on this CI and complete the SCV. On next SCV CI label changes to default.
