On : 2.8.0.0.0 version, Framework

POSTROUT Extract files with the same filename are not being refreshed - Extract contents get appended

When running POSTROUT for the second time, without deleting the old extract files, if the filename is the same, instead of the file being refreshed with the new data, the new data is just being added to the end of the old file contents. If POSTROUT is ran again, the same issue happens until the file gets bigger and bigger.
