Cash Flow Curves Delete Option Is Available To Many Groups Even the Groups Do Not Have Delete Permission (Doc ID 2895651.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgraded from 18.8.18.8 to 20.12.14.0, users who do not have delete permission able to delete cash flow which is not correct.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Access Control  -  The user has Modify and View permissions.
  2. In Cash flow   -   The user has Edit data and View permissions.
  3. In version 18.8.18.8    -  The Delete option is disabled for cash flow.
  4. In version  20.12.14   -  The Delete option is available, and the user able to delete the cash flow.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Version 18.8.18.8  delete option is disabled for cash flow. It should be the same behavior in 20.12.14 when user permissions are the same.
