Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Interchange - Version 8.2.3.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

There is an issue where historical drugs do not import for an incoming case.

There are below warnings thrown during the import in logs:

Note: This is using a customized copy of the standard EMA R2 Out of the Box (OOTB) Profile

Module : Main_Create_Case ; Error in CFG_E2B.AE_USER_PROC for Profile ICH-ICSR V2.1 MESSAGE TEMPLATE - EMA - 8_XXXXXX_10, DTD Element PATIENTDRUGNAME
ORA-06550: line 10, column 23:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'F_GET_WHO_DRUG_CODE'

There were several historical drugs noted on the E2B import report and none of them were imported.

The dates were imported, but the drugs and the "historical drug" classification did not.
