DMW UI Navigation for Study Configuration or Transformation Screens is Slow (Doc ID 2895737.1)

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1.2 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
DMW is extremely slow in the Study Configuration > Transformation screen.
Mapping, validating Mapping or installing transformation is extremely slow.
Navigation from Study Configuration Clinical Data model to Transformation screen takes 2 minutes.
When launching installation, instead of launching a background job, the confirmation popup message does not disappear and it is not possible to navigate out of the screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It would be expected that that the navigation to Transformation tab to be faster and the actions performed in that screen to take less time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log in to DMW.
2. Select a study.
3. Navigate to Study Configuration.
4. Select Transformation tab (the system is very slow).
5. Select a Data Model and check it out.
6. Launch installation and confirm.
7. The Confirmation pop up does not disappear.
    It is displayed for at least 10 Minutes.
