Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post the swift payment 

Step 2 : Check if alert is created 

Step 3 : Check if response is posted in jms queue 

Expected result :

JMS queue must receive the response.

Issue Encountered :

Output message is not captured in jms queue
