Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Mobile Apps

OMA is displaying the ERT in the Details screen as 1 second before the epoch when there is no ERT

When an event has no Estimated Restoration Time (ERT) set, it is being displayed as 12/31/69 05:59 in the OMA details screen. When the ERT is not set, the integer value for it is -1 in NMS. OMA code just passes -1 into the function that converts it to a date string and out comes 12/31/69 05:59 on the screen.

Expected that the ERT should not be populated if there is no ERT
