LDAP Users Get Error "Invalid Username or Password" When Trying to Login (Doc ID 2896768.1)

Symptoms

LDAP users could not login to Agile. Getting error: invalid username or password.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to Java Client as admin user, and go to Admin tab > Server Settings > LDAP > LDAP Configuration, and confirm LDAP setting is done.
  2. Preview, and see LDAP users are listed.
  3. In Web client, try to log into Agile with LDAP credential.
  4. Get error "Invalid Username or Password".
