Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Patch Set 6 you can design, generate, and customize invoice documents using Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher. The pin_inv_doc_gen utility is used for that purpose and allows the creation, delivery, and storage of your invoice documents in the BI Publisher Scheduler database.
BI Publisher enables you to create more stylized and detailed invoices in PDF format. BRM also includes sample RTF templates. You can configure and extend these templates for your specific business needs.
The integration of BIP with BRM is done following this document.
When the pin_inv_doc_gen utility is being runned, error messages are being generating and script is failing:
