Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.2 version,
When attempting to create a new File Watcher folder for a study,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. From DMW, create a new study.
2. Go to "Navigation"/"Administration" > "File Watcher" tab.
3. Click on "Add File Watcher" icon.
4. Select the created study, specify a study folder name, and click on "OK" button.
