Duplicate Client Relationships Displays Following A Refresh Of Client Relationship Screen (Doc ID 2897179.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2.7.0 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For different Client types (Producer, Producer licenses, Individuals etc.) and customers, the Client Relationships screen shows duplicate client Relationship on clicking the "Refresh" button.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On clicking the Refresh button on the "Client Relationships" screen, the Relationships should not duplicate.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose a Customer or a Client of Type (Producer, Producer License or Individual type that have relationships defined).
2. Go to Client Relationships Screen and choose either "Upstream Relationships" or "Downstream Relationships" and check to see if there is a Relationship available.
3. Click the "Refresh" button.
4. You should see the Relationship duplicate.
