Data Entered Into InForm Is Not Coming Across To The InForm Data Model In DMW (Doc ID 2897394.1)

Symptoms

Data entered in InForm after a certain date no longer comes across to DMW during an InForm data load. The remote location test is working and there are no errors in the InForm data load job log.

Changes

 The InForm study was migrated to a new InForm server.
