Unicode Data Unable To Update The ODEE TRNS Table Using DAL Script (Doc ID 2897456.1)

Goal

On : 12.6.4 version, ODEE
We have a requirement to capture GREEK TEXT which is Unicode UTF-12 and store the data in a custom column in the TRNS Table.
The Unicode (Greek) data for TRNCUSSTR008 field appear as ???????????? when updating it via DAL
