On RMB v3.1.0.0.0, Coverage Dates are incorrect for the Rate Adjustment records post running C1-REPC1 batch
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Coverage Dates are getting stamped incorrectly in CI_REPRC_REQ_DTL for the Rate Adjustment records post running C1-REPC1 batch.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Correct Dates should be updated. Also calculate premium for membership correctly.
STEPS:
------------
1. Add related pricing rule type on Age base pricing rule type.
2. Create heath plan and pricing for primary as well as related pricing rule type for period 01-Jan-2021 to 31-Dec-2022.
3. Add Individual Membership form 01-Jan-2022 to 31-May-2022 and run repricing batches for membership.
