Symptoms

On : 12.6.4 version, Enterprise Edition

Oracle Documaker factory is processing, however they had a batch release last evening and several of the batches appear to be "stuck" with status 416.

Summary of status for the batches that are "stuck":

416 - JOBS
416 - TRNS
415 - RCPS
415 - BCH_RCPS
490 - PUBS
