Symptoms
Actual Behavior
The backups made by the installation of a RUP on Unix/Linux copied into e.g. /plm621/plm621_bak_RUP6 do not preserve the original file attributes. the files under "app" and "fms" folders have different permission compared to the files found under backup folders "app_bak_RUP8" and "fms_bak_RUP8" that was created by RUP8 installer.
Expected Behavior
Permissions and file attributes should preserved for app & fms backup folders
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install a RUP 8.
2. Check the old backed up RUP files .
3. Noticed that the setting of the different files were not preserved.
