Symptoms
On : Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control 6.0.1 version
When attempting to configure a screens permissions template that allowed access to certain configuration screens, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new permission template as below:
2. Allocate it to an SMS user
3. Log in as the new user and attempt to open the ACS Configuration screens
Due to this issue, users cannot access the ACS Configurations screen.
