If a user is on a Connection Design for a circuit and clicks the blue link in the Connection Specification field (on Connection Summary page), he gets the Select Connection Specification window. On some circuits, this window will have multiple options to select. On some circuits, this window will have nothing to select.

The user would like to know what is controlling which Connection Specifications are available to select in the connection summary of Connection Design.
