Resolving "Reached Maximum Licensed Limit, Contact Support" Alarm (Doc ID 2898060.1)

Symptoms

The users may notice an Alarm in the Event List, stating "Reached Maximum Licensed Limit, contact Monolith Support". Please see the example below, from the "Alarm Info" UI. In this example, the Alert comes from the Trap Aggregator. As you can see the message points to an issue with licenses. Depending on your license you should not see these messages. This message usually points to an issue with the Trap Aggregator loading in the proper amount of licenses assigned to the application.
