Entity Resolution Logs Are Deleted On Server Restart

Goal
The logs available in the folder: <Deployment-Area>/logs are deleted whenever Compliance studio server is restarted.
This makes it extremely difficult for client to troubleshoot any issues encountered during ER job runs.
The logs which need to be retained are:
load-to-elastic-search.log
matching-service.log
entity-resolution.log
Also, there is no log available for Job 4 (Load Data in FCC_ER_OUTPUT table). We need a log for Job 4 as well.
