How to Completely Remove and Reinstall Analytics (Doc ID 2898568.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 07, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Unified Assurance - Version to [Release to 5.5]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Users may notice issues when attempting to access Analytics, see error messages in the AnalyticsWizard.log or notice CRASH REPORT's related to analytics. See the "Example Error" below. In this case, RabbitMQ crashed when the AnalyticsWizards was trying to communicate with it and the Wizard FATALed after that. In this case there is no option but to try to remove and reinstall Analytics, or completely remove Unified Assurance (Formally Assure1) from the system and reinstall. Again, one should be sure to have a full image or backup of the system.

Please see the Example Error below (the errors may vary, this is just one example).
