Resolve Issues Where license updates do not apply to Redundant Presentation Servers (Doc ID 2898850.1)

Symptoms

This will only affect customers that have a Redundant Presentation Server. Users will notice that when an update is applied to the Primary Presentation Server, the changes do not propagate to the Redundant Presentation Server. For example, when users try to log directly in to the Redundant Presentation Server UI, they will see an error message stating there is an invalid or expired license.
