Cannot Add Relationship Between 2 Activities of 2 Different Projects (Doc ID 2898860.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User cannot add relationship between activities of 2 different projects. On one project he has "Edit/create/delete activity relationship" permission, and he is the project super user of the other project.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to add relationship between activities of 2 different projects.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create 2 projects, say p1 and p2.
2. Add activities to the projects.
3. Grant "Edit/create/delete activity relationship" permission only to the user on p1.
4. Grant "project superuser" profile to the user on p2.
5. Open both projects.
6. High-light an activity of p1, click "Assign" button in "Relationship" tab, try to select an activity of p2 and notice that the assign button is disabled.
