Questionnaire Not Visible After Sending RFI

- Once we send RFI, the action is visible in Audit History tab as a hyperlink.
On clicking hyperlink a new window opens up showing the recipients to which RFI was sent, along with text in text field "To complete the questionnaire, Click Here". However, we cannot know the which questionnaire was sent for the RFI action.
Please let us know if there is any way in UI for business users to check it.
- Case details are not going along with questionnaire to the requestor
- Requestor require to login to respond to the questionnaire. Is there any fix for this.
