Symptoms

After upgrading to ALM 8.1, in the Rule Run Framework, when reviewing the Components in the Manage Runs > Process screen, you cannot see many different rules.  There are issues for the rules under "ALMCFE:NA" and "CFE:NA".

For example, the following is listed under "ALMCFE:NA":

145:NA
[16466] Error occurred while fetching data
146:NA
[16466] Error occurred while fetching data
148:NA
[16466] Error occurred while fetching data
149:NA
[16466] Error occurred while fetching data

Additionally, the following errors exist in the web layer file PR2Service.log:

[29-06-22 10:56:04,424 GMT AM] [ERROR] [WEB] [RRF] [<USER>] [PROCESSTREEEXPANDADAPTER] [getProcessTreeComponent] Error in getting the process Components
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.ofs.fsapps.alm.pr2bridge.ALMProcess

[29-06-22 10:56:04,426 GMT AM] [ERROR] [WEB] [RRF] [<USER>] [PROCESSTREEEXPANDADAPTER] [getProcessTreeComponent] Error in getting the process Components
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.ofs.fsapps.alm.pr2bridge.StaticDeterministic

[29-06-22 10:56:04,427 GMT AM] [ERROR] [WEB] [RRF] [<USER>] [PROCESSTREEEXPANDADAPTER] [getProcessTreeComponent] Error in getting the process Components
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.ofs.fsapps.alm.pr2bridge.StaticStochastic

etc.

As a result, you cannot create an ALM process in the Run Rule Framework.
