Symptoms

The pre-created items are not populated with ar_bill_obj_id0 during migration.

Charges associated with /item/misc pre-created items are not getting rolled up at parent level. It causes incorrect charges at Parent Level and leads to incorrect GST calculation. This has an impact in wholesale billing.
